An Image of the Personal Collection
A typical view of a specimen record. The screen always displays the locality detail and a photograph of the specimen (if provided). Additional details such financial information, catalogue information and detailed descriptions are stored on additional tabbed pages.
Specimen Image Display
Double-clicking on the specimen photograph opens the image viewer. The size of the window can be altered by dragging its borders. The images can also be viewed at its original full resolution by checking the box on the form
A client can be assigned to a personal collection record.
MineralDB can also keep track of specimens that have been sold or are on loan to a third party.
Client Information
The contact details of clients who have purchased or borrowed specimens can be recorded if required.
